Transactions with related parties have become “ the novelty” of the last Corporation Tax Presentation.

It was the first time that companies had to submit information about their linked transactions together with their obligation to provide evidence for the said transactions according to the OCDE rules. The initial rules were excessive since the SMEs were obliged to endure a strong administrative burden culminating in a highly economic cost. Spanish Professional Associations have been putting pressure on the Spanish Government, and finally the requirements have been, considerably, reduced. Up to 250.000€ per total transactions with the same company is free of having to report to the Spanish Tax office.
